Coaching is a dynamic partnership between the client and the coach. This relationship is tailored to the client's goals and aspirations. Coaching focuses on reaching the next step in the client's own journey. The coach listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and provides support, while the client takes ownership of their journey, explores possibilities, and takes action towards their goals.
The coach is not there to guide the journey but help the client to find the way forward that resonates the most with them.
Once you decide to explore coaching we follow these steps:
Discovery Session (45 mins - 1 h)
In the Discovery Session, we aim to understand the topics you would like to work on, your expectations. We talk about coaching style, logistics (e.g. pricing, timeline), and design our alliance. You may be asked to fill out a few questionnaires beforehand to set this meeting up for success.
Recurring Coaching Sessions (45 mins)
In every recurring 45 min coaching session, based on our session before and what you want to focus on the current session we bring your topic to focus and begin working on it. Coaching is not a formula, we will approach your topic in a way that creates resonance for you individually.
Coaching Journey End
Depending on your journey and your goals once you feel coaching has helped you enough, we conclude your coaching journey. If you would like to receive coaching on other topics, continuing the sessions can always be discussed.lement an.
I personally do not limit the topics I coach on, neither does the Co-Active Coaching Philosophy that I currently follow. Topics related to business such as career paths, leadership, team (from individual contributors to Executive) dynamics, personal journeys of growth (whether it be emotional or a specific topic related) are some of the ones that I am very interested in.

In early 2024, I embarked on the Co-Active Coaching Training and Certification Program, a decision that marked the beginning of a transformative journey.

Unlike approaches that focus on isolated issues, Co-Active Coaching addresses the client’s entire life. This comprehensive method encourages clients to explore their values, purpose, and potential, fostering deep self-awareness and personal growth. By balancing support with challenge, Co-Active Coaching enables individuals to achieve meaningful, sustainable change, empowering them to lead fulfilling and impactful lives.
As summer 2024 approaches, I am completing the training phase and embarking on the six-month certification journey.
Coaching sessions are by appointment. Recurring coaching sessions can be discussed in the initial meeting.
